OMG, where do I start! ***and apologize for the lengthy text, however it is VERY important that you know what I went through to get my waych!
I found out about Swiss Wrist through my Wal-Mart app. I knew a huge retailer like Wal-Mart would not sell 3rd party sellers’ items without fully vetting them, so I had a comfort level I needed in order to proceed with such a huge monetary order online.
I attempted to order the watch 4 times & spoke to 3 CS reps (at Wal-Mart) bc they kept canceling the order for “potential fraud”. Each rep I spoke to would say the matter was handled only to find out with the 1st, 2nd & 3rd try (over 2 days) that it the matter was not handled.
I called the Swiss Wrist, directly, and left a VM (this would have been 6am PST). I received a call back from Nick within 30 minutes to advise he would call me when he got to the office.
Nick provided excellent customer service & sent my watch on the way. I received my watch and the pictures online don’t match the real beauty of it in person!
I would definitely recommend both Nick & Swiss Wrist!
