The requirement was simple, Adam wanted to give his wife a Rolex Datejust 31mm as a present.  He had a lot of questions around differences in models and I was happy to walk him through all of his questions and provide photos so he could get a visual representation of each model.  I even sent him a video so he could see the dial movement of the watch he was interested in.
