It was refreshing to work with a company that pays so much attention to details. The watch was beautifully prepared for sale and every aspect of the sale was attended to. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it, but when I realized it included a five year guarantee, I was sold. The other thing is they answer the phone when you call. That's a big deal for me.
